・キャンセル料は基本的にかかりません。

・配送に出発した後のキャンセルは、配送料金のみ実費で発生します。

・配送には別途配送料金がかかります。（最低料金1,000円）

・福岡空港内（国際線ターミナルビルを含む）での受渡・引取は、配送料金がかかりません。

・配送先受渡時間指定時、遅延料金一回　500円（15分以上30分まで、飛行機の遅延を除く）

・開所時間（10：00-18：00）外の時間外対応は1回500円の料金が発生します。
