Delivery service
If you need, we can deliver wheelchairs and strollers to hotels along the subway stations in Hakata/Tenjin districts for rental. (charged service, reservation required).
＜International Terminal＞
・Delivery fee : Free
・Location : Next to the information desk on the 1st floor
・Service hours : 11:00-17:00 (specify time)
＜Hotels＞
Limited to hotels near Hakata Station and Tenjin Station
・Delivery fees : Delivery to or return from hotels… 1,000 yen

・Service hours : 11:00-17:00 (specify time)
＜Hakata Station＞
・Delivery fees : Delivery to or return from Hakata station… 1,000 yen
: Delivery to and return from Hakata station… 2,000 yen
・Location : In front of the JR Ticket Office (Midori-no-madoguchi)
at the Chikushi exi(next to the Shinkansen ticket gate)
・Service hours : 11:00-17:00 (specify time)
※For hotels far from the subway line, an additional fee will be charged.
※Delivery reservations cannot be made on the day. (Reservations must be confirmed by 5:00 p.m. the day before.)
※Payment at the time of delivery is only possible in cash (Japanese yen).
※Delivery fees are per unit.
※If there are many delivery reservations, we may refuse new reservations.
※If you cancel after the delivery has departed, only the actual delivery fee will be charged.
Notes
・Our reply email may be treated as spam on your device.
If you do not receive a reply email, be sure to check your spam box.
・There is basically no cancellation fee.
・If you cancel after delivery has begun, you will be charged the delivery fee only.
・In the unlikely event of a breakdown, you will need to bring the rental item to our information desk or a designated return location.
＜About delivery>
・If you are late for delivery, a late fee will be charged from 30 minutes after the meeting time.
・Late fee of 500 yen/30 minutes (excluding flight arrival delays)
・Changes to delivery times can be discussed up to one hour before the delivery time.
<About out-of-hours service>
・Special fees outside of opening hours (10: 00-18: 00) will be charged （500yen once)
・Out-of-hours support is limited to our information center.
You can use cashless payment at the counter.
