Delivery service
If you need, we can deliver wheelchairs and strollers to hotels along the subway stations in Hakata/Tenjin districts for rental. (charged service, reservation required)

・Meeting place : Next to the Arrival Gate on the 1st floor

Limited to hotels near Hakata Station and Tenjin Station

※For hotels far from the subway line, an additional fee will be charged.
※Delivery reservations cannot be made on the day. (Reservations must be confirmed by 5:00 p.m. the day before.)
※Payment at the time of delivery is only possible in cash (Japanese yen).
※Delivery fees are per unit.
※If there are many delivery reservations, we may refuse new reservations.
※If you cancel after the delivery has departed, only the delivery fee will be charged.
Notes
・Our reply email may be treated as spam on your device.

・If you cancel after delivery has begun, you will be charged the delivery fee only.
・In the unlikely event of a breakdown, you will need to bring the rental item to our information desk or a designated return location.

※Late fee of 500 yen/30 minutes (excluding flight arrival delays)
※Changes to delivery times can be discussed up to one hour before the delivery time.
